Meeting of the leadership of the “Fund for the Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations” was held at the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia, represented by General Director Vladimir Simonyants and President of the Fund Sergey Avanesov and Acting Minister, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Terteryan VB.
The parties reviewed the Business Model proposed by the Fund for attracting investments in state-significant road construction projects without involving state guarantees and financial obligations of the Government of Armenia.
The parties agreed to negotiate with the relevant departments of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia and then hold a second joint meeting to make specific decisions on the start of the implementation of investment projects.
