“CHINA (HAINAN) INTERNATIONAL TROPICAL AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS WINTER TRADE FAIR 2019”
From December 12 to December 16, 2019, a delegation from Armenia was in Hainan province to participate in the “CHINA (HAINAN) INTERNATIONAL TROPICAL AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS WINTER TRADE FAIR 2019” and to sign the international “Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation Between the Government of Shirak Region of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of Hainan Province of the People's Republic of China”.
Meeting with Hainan Airlines
Within the framework of the official visit of the delegation from Armenia to Hainan Province (PRC), 14.12.2019 a meeting was organized by the leadership of the <> of the Governor of the Shirak Region Mr. Petrosyan T. and the management of “Hainan Airlines” (Hainan Airlines).
Department of Commerce and Trade of Hainan Province
During the official visit of the delegation of the Republic of Armenia to Hainan province, the Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations organized a meeting with the Department of Commerce and Trade of Hainan province. During the meeting, the Parties discussed a number of important issues in the field of increasing the volume of trade between the two regions.
Customs Committee of Hainan and Beijing
During the official meeting of the delegation of the Republic of Armenia and the Customs Committee of Hainan province, issues of cooperation between the Shirak region and Hainan province in the field of foreign trade were discussed. The Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations," as an official participant in the negotiations proposed to develop a unique platform for the exchange of information between customs authorities, which will speed up the registration process and will contribute to increasing trade between regions.
Signing of the “Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation Between the Government of Shirak Region of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of Hainan Province of the People's Republic of China”
During the stay of the Armenian delegation in Hainan (China), as well as in the framework of the the “CHINA (HAINAN) INTERNATIONAL TROPICAL AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS WINTER TRADE FAIR 2019” in Hainan, 12/13/2019 by the Governor of Hainan (PRC) Mr. Shen Xiaoming and the Governor of Shirak Region (RA) Mr. Petrosyan Tigran signed the “Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation Between the Government of Shirak Region of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of Hainan Province of the People's Republic of China”.
Human Resources Department of Hainan province
The delegation of the Republic of Armenia, with the participation of the Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations, held an official meeting with the human resources Department of Hainan province. The Head of the Human Resources Department provided information about the special preferences received from the Central government of the PRC in the province of Hainan, which contribute to the buildup of various highly skilled professionals from around the world in the province of Hainan.
Meeting of The "Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations" with the company Zhongguancun Industry & Information Research Institute of Two-dimensional Code Technology (ZIIOT)
On December 11, 2019, in Haikou, Hainan province, China, an official meeting was held between the " Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations "(FRDCAR) and the "Zhongguancun Industry&Information Research Institute of Two-dimensional Code Technology " (ZIIOT). During the meeting discussed strategic steps for the development of the QR-code system and entering the standardization markets of Armenia and the CIS.
Armenian – Chinese delegation pays a visit to VTC
On September 25 the delegation of “The regional development foundation of Armenian-Chinese relations” visited Vanadzor Technology Center in the framework of its visit to Lori province. The delegation consisted of Chinese businessmen and foundation representatives, had a tour in VTC and get acquainted with the center’s potential and ongoing projects. After the tour, the sides also discussed the possibilities of further cooperation.
UTC Global has entered into a strategic partnership with Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations to jointly promote the standardized application of two-dimensional IDcodes in Armenia
On September 9, 2019, UTC Global and Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations signedan international strategic general agreement in Beijing, China, and the two sides will jointly promote the standard and standardized application of international standard two-dimensional IDcode in Armenia. Zhang Chao, Executive Director of UTC Global, and Sergey Avanesov, Chairman of Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations, attended the meeting as representatives of both parties.
The "Preparatory International Organization committee on the Co-Operation in the Sphere of Two-dimensional Codes"
On the 22 August 2019 at the same time of the summit «2019 International Two-dimensional Code Industry Development Summit» a second closed meeting was held for the preparation of the Organisation in the Sphere of Two-dimensional codes 14 different representatives from 14 different countries took part, Including China, USA, Russia, France, Germany, Canada, Holland, India, South Korea, Egypt, Pakistan, Armenia, Sudan, and Jordan. The Participants unanimously agreed to officially create the «International Preparatory Committee Organisation for Co-operation in the Sphere of Two-dimensional Codes».
